yesterday's training was alrite at first. but it somehow got terrible when we played da dui. the morale wasnt there. the team was darn quiet. a few of us were below standard. it just wasnt right at that point of time. but nvm ya? we shall strive harder together! RP ACE! we shall stand tall no matter what happens and prove others wrong ya?

i think i got a bit of the shou gan back for spiking and i hope that it will last. =)

hidng behind an impregenable fortress. i guess that's what i am doing. pretending that everything is ok. with a mask that is plastered on everything. to tell people that i am ok. perhaps i am really ok ya. really alrite.

thanks sis and shi rui for letting me let out what i said last night. ya. the language is a little censored. haha. i guess i really had enough of that someone. maybe its the closeness that we we are taking for granted. that's why no matter what happens either of us will still be there. but this is not the first time. i am really trying to curb my temper and don't make things worst. but ya. to no avail. though there's an apology after it. but sometimes when the damage is done. no matter what you say nothing will change. maybe it will. but i am too afraid to take any risk now.

my knee and ankle hurts again. die. getting from bad to worst again. especially my knee. helps. if this goes on, it's gonna hinder my improvememt during trainings again. why cant things just be alright for once? just once. and to add on. i am falling ill! greatest joy of my life. heh

ya. once again. everything went a whole round with not much improvement from the previous round. i am tired of being the fool and walking round and round a stupid spot with no progress. if things are really that difficult. then don't force it. i had enough. just let go and move on. move out of it. like wad i said. do what
